Pet Policy
We welcome all your furry friends at Eastbank at Waterside. We welcome two pets per apartment home. Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $250 per pet and $25 pet rent, per pet. There is not a weight restriction, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
